Prior to starting any project that is governed by the Owners Association, you must first submit an ACC Request to the Board. Please download and read the Architectural Control Committee Procedures and Guidelines to assure that your plans conform, then submit an ACC Request Form to the property manager by downloading the PDF document and forwarding it to the contact informtion listed on the application. You may also submit an online request if you have digital files of your site plan and project plan. Your request and plans will be forwarded to the Architectural Control Committee for review.
