The Technology Committee does, well we are responsible for oversight of the Eagle Ridge Owners Association Website, administration of downloadable files, discussion boards, creative design and implementation of new pages. If you are interested in helping on the Technology Committee, no web design experience is necessary.

The Property Committee handles all community property in the Eagle Ridge Owners Association.  This includes, but is not limited to the main entrance, retention ponds and fences.

The Architectural Control Committee receives and reviews all ACC Requests to determine if the plans conform to the Control Guidelines established by the Board of Directors.

Eagle Ridge and the surrounding area have grown in the past few years and with that growth comes the potential for increased crime.  Neighborhood Crime Watch is a proven way to help protect our homes and maintain property values.  Please join us in getting to know your neighbors and become a member of the Neighborhood Watch.  It doesn't take a lot of time or energy; it just requires paying attention and reporting suspicious activity.

August 4^th, 2009 is National Night Out and we hope to have our neighborhood watch operational by then. We need the help of our neighbors to make this a success.
